ABG Trading and Enterprises is a subsidiary of ABG CONSORTIUM which deals mainly on the procurement and supply of cement, reinforcement and reinforcement sundries, timber and scaffolding materials and work tools and safety materials, light fittings & electrical materials, plumbing materials, tilling and electrical installations. This company was incorporated January 2007.

ABG Investment & Properties Nig Ltd was incorporated April 2009 to provide quality and renovate businesses in the real estate sector; the company also carries out construction works with its highly trained and experienced workforce. its also in the business of Estate Management.

ABG Agricultural Produce & Services Nig Ltd is a subsidiary of the CONSORTIUM that deals in agricultural produce and services. With the government interest to boost the Nigerian economy through agriculture, the Consortium which was already involved in private and small scale farming decided to establish a company to enable it provide its years of experience and services to the economy at large. This arm of the CONSORTIUM was incorporated November 2015.

ABG Natural Resources & Energy Nig Ltd is a subsidiary of the CONSORTIUM that deals mainly in the sector of Natural Resources & Energy, oil and gas and mechanical equipments associated with the sector. The company was incorporated November 2015 due to the governments intiative to encourage indigenous growth in this sector as a means to boost the country’s alternative source of revenue rather than rely wholly on the crude oil sector.  

Goodstep Nigeria Enterprises is a subsidiary of ABG CONSORTIUM specialized in the Import and Export of Goods & Services as well as the supply of Agricultural finished products and beverages. This subsidiary was incorporated September 2009.
