ADEBISI BOBBY GOODLUCK   ---- CEO

He is a business strategist with a flair for business & products development, service delivery and client satisfaction. His expertise spans construction, real estate, facility management, project management, procurement services & supply.

He has gathered years of wealthy experiences from Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc as an investment analyst, and then to Costain West Africa Plc, as senior manager and head of the Procurement & Services department.
In addition, his consultation expertise, negotiation skills, development concepts, managerial ability, business and people skills puts him above optimal.
With a major in Marketing and Business Management, and also a member of Nigeria Institute of Management, Chartered (NIM®), The Institute of Chartered Management Auditors, Nigeria (ICMA®) and The Certified Institute of Cost Management, Nigeria (CICM®).
Furthermore, his strong background in the financial and construction sector drives him to strive for integrity and landmark developments in every project he embarks on. 

Rijo Shekari ----- OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Rijo Shekari has over eight years of experience working in the financial services industry. He worked in banking operations in First Bank of Nigeria before joining Stanbic IBTC Asset Management Limited as a relationship manager, selling mutual funds and managing portfolio accounts for institutional investors and high net-worth individuals. Rijo later moved to the banking arm of the Stanbic IBTC group as an operational risk management officer with oversight over 150 branches and two subsidiaries. He held this position until he joined ASO Savings & Loans Plc. as its head of Operational Risk Management and Compliance, starting the department from scratch.

Rijo is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, United Kingdom, and a Commonwealth Scholar.
He holds a BSc in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, and an MSc in Finance and Management from Cranfield University, United Kingdom.

 
 

IKPONWOSA PAUL OGBEBOR ----- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

He is a graduated from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and holds a BSc in Economics. He has vast experience in agriculture spanning 15 years.
He has worked with Paulosa Nigeria Limited as Head; Logistics then went on to become Head of Department production and marketing before been appointed General Manager.
He also worked with Iyayi Rubber Factory and Imoyahmen Rubber Factory. He was General Manager Abia Rubber Plantation under a Private Public Partnership (PPP).
A chief marketing executive with Noman Holdings Limited and currently heads the board of Farmer Joe Limited which is an Agro Allied Company.


STEPHANIE GOODLUCK ---- COMPANY SECRETARY/EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The freshness and dynamism of her approach have been one of the major characteristics to the fundamental growth of this company. With a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy she has been able to alleviate the work environment by creating an interpersonal relationship between the management and staffs of the company thereby reducing conflicts.

Her earlier careers started with Radio Kano as a presenter/journalist and then unto Sunrise Management & Coy Ltd, were she held the post of Administrative Manager. She also worked with Dickmark Insurance Broker firm as the Abuja Branch Manager.
Were under her management, the firm witnessed a 27% increase in their client data base thereby boosting their profit by 62% within her 3years tenure.   


EMEKA ELUSIOBA
   ---- PROJECT DIRECTOR


His wealthy experience and expertise in the Oil & Gas sector has been a tremedous advantage to the company. He holds a first degree in Geology from the University of Ibadan and two Master's Degree, one in Oil & Gas and another in Management from the Robert Gordon University, Scotland United Kingdom. His earlier career started as a Senior Trainee (Oil support services) with FSB International Bank Plc, then he went on to work with Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, Nigeria as Assistant Manager (Oil & Gas Group). He left Guaranty Trust Bank Plc for Access Bank Plc Nigeria as a Deputy Manager (Oil & Gas Group), In other to expand his global work experience, he got a job with Nova Capital Partners LLC New York, United State, It was while there he got an offer from A-Z Petroleum Products Kenya Limited, an upstream subsidiary of Chicason Group to hold a position in the company as the Country & Asset Manager.
His administrative and hands-on skills have helped in defining most of ABG Consortium's core goals & objectives. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management, Member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and a Member of the Association of MBAs.                                                                                                                                         


ADEBAYO IBRAHEEM ---- COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

He was a senior manager in Accenture’s technology growth platform practice with over 8yrs experience in ERP implementation in oil & gas and Manufacturing industry. He has extensive experience in technology projects specifically in enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations. His core expertise is in SAP deployment & support. He is SAP CO (controlling) certified. He has both functional, process and data conversion & migration experience in FICO, MM and Logistics & PM.

He has worked with Baker Hughes Incorporated (Gabon, Congo, Cameroon and Sub Sahara & North Africa rollout), Unilever Spain, NNPC, Shell Petroleum Egypt, Shell Nigeria Exploration & Production Company, NEPA and UBA Plc. 


OSAS CHURCHILL IMIEKA ---- FINANCIAL DIRECTOR

He is an asset to the company with vast knowledge & experience in the financial sector. Until he joined the team, he was Branch Manager Ecobank Plc, before then he was Head, Credit & Marketing/Relationship Manager of Oceanic bank plc. He also at one time worked as Estate Management Officer with the Central bank of Nigeria. He has an MBA in Management and is also Associate Member, Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM®)

She is a result driven, hardworking and capable procurement manager with a track record of significantly reducing costs and also improving the company’s processes and corporate purchasing strategies. Having proven her ability in ensuring the company enjoys a competitive edge when compared to our competitors by securing the best quality, price and terms from suppliers and delivering results against strategic objectives, while working within our organizations core value and beliefs.
A graduate of Business Administration & Management, she has been able to formulate and drive a consistent approach towards all sourcing, purchasing and tendering activities, thereby ensuring that value for money is maximized and cost savings generated.


 


ENG DAPO SULU ----
GENERAL MANAGER CONSTRUCTION & REAL ESTATE SERVICES  
     

He is a seasoned engineer with vast experience in the civil and building engineering sector. He has an MBA in Geo-materials from the University of London, PGD in Engineering Management from the University of Bristol and a first degree in Civil Engineering from ABU Zaria.

On attainment of the above qualifications, he worked with Environment Agency Surrey UK, Costain Group Ltd, Buckinghamshire UK, Costain West Africa Plc Nigeria.

He is a member of Chartered Engineers UK, Nigerian Society of Engineers, Nigerian Geo-technics Association and COREN.


ADENIYI GODWIN GOODLUCK --- GENERAL MANAGER AGRIC SERVICES

An enthusiastic botanist and graduate of the Ogun State University. As a plant scientist his in depth knowledge and extensive experience has really been viable in the development and growth of the Agricultural arm of the consortium. With over 5years working experience gathered from various origanisations ranging from the Lagos State Ministry of Agriculture to the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture and Farmer Joe Limited. His area of expertise covers agronomy, Plant Physiology and mycology with a unique passion for animal husbandry.


SHAHID ADAMS   ----
GENERAL MANAGER NATURAL RESOURCES & ENERGY SERVICES
 

An astute gentleman with engineering genius abilities and a mind of infinite elemental development, also a skilled Informative technologist whose worth and experiences have been tested on various project; his expertise in this specific area of specialization is top-notch.
As a multi-talented engineer, he optimally harnesses all available resources (people, material & finance) resulting in laudable achievements with projects being completed on schedule and at high quality.
Employing the very latest in information technology and design, he sets about accomplishing his task in a very professional manner assuring the multi deliverables of project.

BALA UMARU FAROUK ---- HEAD OF SURVEY

He is a qualified Land Surveyor with 8years experience gained as a supervisor with the Ministry of Works, Adamawa State. He joined ABG Consortium, as a Senior Supervisor and has since proven himself on various projects which saw him rise to the post of a manager.
He is a graduate in Land Survey from the Federal Polytechnic Bida.
